NEW YORK CITY- Newmark Knight Frank has tapped real estate veteran Sam Buckley for the appointment of Executive Vice President of New York Brokerage Services to oversee strategic direction, performance and goals for the firm's Manhattan Midtown Headquarters and Downtown offices. In the new role, Buckley is responsible for the operational management and development of NKF brokerage, collaborating with the company's professionals and executive leadership team.

"Sam is a highly respected leader and market expert," said Newmark Chief Revenue Officer and East Region Market Leader Lou Alvarado in a prepared statement. "His appointed position fulfills an essential role in New York brokerage to foster connections between all service lines as NKF continues to scale company growth."
