ORLANDO, FL—Berkadia has added two veteran CRE professionals to its growing Orlando investment sales team. New managing directors Matt Wilcox and Brett Moss will report to SVP and head of investment sales Keith Misner.

"Over the past six months, we've been actively adding exceptional talent to our Florida investment sales teams," says Misner. "With the current market uncertainty, it is more important than ever that we have the best teams and resources in place to support our clients. Matt and Brett will help us continue this mission."

Wilcox and Moss join Berkadia from JLL. Wilcox served as managing director in the Capital Markets group, focused on multifamily housing across all of Florida. Prior to joining JLL, he was a SVP for ARA Florida (now Newmark), where he was responsible for spearheading ARA's brokerage efforts in North Florida and assisting in the West and Central region of the state.
