NEW YORK CITY- B6 Real Estate Advisors, a Manhattan-based investment sales and capital advisory brokerage firm, has appointed Trisha Connolly as senior managing director in the firm's capital advisory division, the first female team leader at the firm. Connolly will collaborate with B6's investment sales teams in the Lower Manhattan territories and focus on servicing old and new clients.

"Trisha is one of the dominant debt and equity brokers in the country and her addition to the B6 team will both elevate the profile of the Capital Advisory Division and bolster the brand of our firm," said Joe Tufariello, partner and president of B6's capital advisory division.
