750 North Commons Drive, Aurora, IL
AURORA, IL—International hearing care solutions firm Sonova has signed a new lease deal totaling nearly 64,000 square feet at 750 North Commons Drive here.
The firm, headquartered in Stäfa, Switzerland, will consolidate two existing locations in Illinois and another in Minnesota to 63,647 square feet at the 205,000-square-foot, two-building complex in Aurora. The deal was announced by Colliers International. Sven Sykes, Tom Volini and Brent Jacob of Colliers' Chicago office represented Sonova in the deal.
