BAYONNE, NJ—Developer LanTree Developments reports that prior to the official launch of marketing of the property, the Lofts Two22 project has reached the 30% lease threshold.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Lakewood, NJ-based LanTree Developments has closed its property sale office and launched a virtual leasing campaign via YouTube for the property located in Bayonne's Loft District.

Located at 222 Avenue E, within steps of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, Lofts Two22 offers one-and two-bedroom units with some of the units featuring balconies and terrace space. The units also offer breakfast bars, stainless steel appliances, spacious walk-in closets, hardwood flooring and full-size washers/dryers.

"We designed Lofts Two22 to speak to today's modern renter, who is looking for more space, luxury finishes, elevated amenities and easy access to transit," LanTree Developments principal Raphael Mandelbaum said. "We were confident that there was a demand for a residential offering of this caliber in Bayonne, and the early leasing interest has validated our belief."

Lofts Two22 is pet friendly and offers such amenities as a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center with Peloton bikes; a resident's lounge with pool table and fireplace, a rooftop deck with sweeping views of Manhattan. The community also features garage parking.

Leasing and marketing are being handled by The Sutherlin Group of KW City Life, Keller Williams, Realty. Currently, pricing for a one-bedroom apartment starts at $1,999, with two-bedrooms starting at $2,695. Grand opening specials include one to two months rent-free on select apartments, one free parking space and waived amenity/pet fees.
