Digital Media Firm to Relocate Headquarters from New York City to New Jersey
The firm says it will retain some operations at One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan as a satellite office.
MONTVALE, NJ—Next Millennium Media., a digital media firm, reports that it will be shifting headquarters personnel from Lower Manhattan to Capstone Realty Group’s 135 Chestnut Ridge Road office building here.
The firm says it will retain some operations at One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan as a satellite office. The size of the lease deal at Capstone’s Montvale office building could not be determined at press time.
Next Millennium states that the new location gives the company more space within the 65,000-square-foot building, which it says will allow for many new hires in the near future.
“We are thrilled to see how far the firm has come in such a relatively short period of time,” says Ben Steuer, chief financial officer of Next Millennium Media. “Relocating our headquarters is an exciting next step in our firm’s evolution and growth trajectory, and will provide us room to grow as we become the fastest growing programmatic advertising technology provider.”
Founded in 2012, Next Millennium Media’s proprietary technologies provide unique high paying digital ad campaigns, as well as the technology to display those ads.
On Friday, Next Millennium announced that Will Bachrach, of Axa S.A. a publicly-traded French multinational insurance firm, has been hired as head of product for the firm.
Bachrach spent the last four years as an actuary and data scientist at Axa S.A. He graduated cum laude at Baruch College in Mathematics 4.0 and spent several years in the insurance industry as an actuary.
Capstone Realty Group acquired 135 Chestnut Ridge Road in November 2017 for $6.4 million. CBRE’s Jeffrey Dunne and Jeremy Neuer of CBRE Institutional Properties, along with Rob Norton and Jeff Babikian, represented the seller and procured Capstone Realty in the transaction.
