Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $52M Multifamily Sale
The firm sold the 400-unit, Georgia apartment community on behalf of Wilkinson Corporation for $130,000 per unit.
DULUTH, GA – Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $52 million sale of a 400-unit apartment community in Duluth, GA. The Hills on Breckenridge sold for $130,000 per unit on behalf of Wilkinson Corporation.
Built in 1986, The Hills on Breckenridge has undergone a comprehensive renovation throughout the past few years. The asset now offers a new clubhouse, pool, sports court, dog park and playground, as well as interior upgrades.
The apartment community is located along Interstate 85, directly off of Pleasant Hill Road in Gwinnett County.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Nathan Swenson and Travis Presnell represented the seller, Wilkinson Corporation, in the transaction.
