LOS ANGELES-Residential leasing for the 31-story tower that's part of Carmel Partners' 11-acre Cumulus District here is scheduled to begin in June, while retail leasing is underway.

The development is situated in the rapidly changing neighborhood between Culver City and West Adams, adjacent to the Expo Line light rail stop at the intersection of Jefferson and La Cienega boulevards, and blocks from Amazon, Apple and Sony studios.
