BOCA RATON, FL—John Criddle and Joseph Freitas of real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield were selected as the exclusive brokerage team to list Black Creek Group's Bank of America Tower in Boca Raton, Florida, the firm said.
The tower, an eight-story Class A office building completed in 1969, is located in downtown Boca Raton, with access to major routes US Highway 1, Minzer Boulevard and Interstate 95.
The 109,497 square foot building currently houses such tenants as Bank of America, Waypoint Residential, Zen Office and Charles Schwab, among others.
