The Altman Companies have announced the opening of Altís Grand at The Preserve., which is a new luxury apartment community coming to northwest Tampa, Fl in early June.
TAMPA, FL—The Altman Cos. has announced the opening of Altís Grand at The Preserve., which is a new luxury apartment community coming to northwest Tampa in early June.
The environmentally-friendly apartment community is an innovative first of its kind, according to the company. The Altís Grand is located on an 8-acre lake. It will have two building design options, the Altís and Ariya, with resort-style amenities. There is a total of 350 apartments in the community. Pre-leasing has already begun and the community is scheduled to open on time in early June.
“When the pandemic hit, we moved quickly, making sure we put our crews’ safety first and followed all CDC Guidelines, so we are ecstatic to announce the launch of the Altís Grand brand with the pre-leasing of Altís Grand at The Preserve,” said co-CEO Joel Altman, in prepared remarks.
The company said they will be mindful of social distancing and other safety precautions as they allow residents to find different ways to connect. Other amenities include continental breakfast, Sunday brunch, multiple outdoor activities, a fitness room and a spa lounge. There is also an agility course dog park as well as an indoor dog spa.
The Altman Cos. has developed, constructed acquired and managed over 26,000 multifamily homes since 1968. They have several communities under construction throughout Florida.
