NASHVILLE, TN – Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has executed a contract to sell the Union Station Hotel, Nashville, Autograph Collection, for $56 million to a third party.

The sale of the 125-room, Nashville, Tennessee hotel is subject to normal closing conditions.

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust offers no assurances that this sale will be completed on these terms, or at all. The hospitality REIT is targeting to complete the sale in the third quarter of 2020.

The publicly-traded REIT serves as an owner of urban and resort lifestyle hotels throughout the US, with a focus on West Coast gateway cities. The company currently owns 54 hotels, representing 13,400 guest rooms throughout 15 urban and resort markets.
