FORT WORTH, TX – CIM Group has acquired the 1,128,000-square-foot industrial property, Junction 20/35, and an adjacent 14.42-acre land parcel in South Fort Worth, Texas.

The industrial property, built in 1989, comprises cold and dry storage. The purpose-built facility features high ceilings, loading bays, a truck court, car and trailer parking and rail accessibility. The property has been renovated several times; most recently in 2018.

The multipurpose facility is located near Interstate 20 and Interstate 35 and two major intermodal facilities, BNSF Intermodal Facility and Alliance Global Logistics Hub.

The acquired adjacent land parcel is located at 7550 Oak Grove Road.
