OLD BRIDGE, NJ – Nationwide commercial driver education provider, 160 Driving Academy, has selected R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC as its exclusive real estate representative for the state of New Jersey.
160 Driving Academy currently operates schools in cities across the state, including Lincroft, Newton, Penns Grove and Trenton.
Looking to further build its presence throughout all parts of the state, the company is seeking to buy or lease sites with 1.5 acres of land, and either an existing building of at least 1,500 square feet or zoned to accommodate the construction of a similar-sized building, to be used for the classroom.
R.J. Brunelli & Co. sales associate and account manager, Alexis Fiore states, "The schools can be located in warehouse/industrial, commercial or retail areas, as well as absorb excess space on community or four-year college campuses."
160 Driving Academy opened its first New Jersey location in 2014 at Brookdale Community College's Lincroft campus. The company has grown to operate 48 commercial driver's license schools and driver assessment centers nationwide, in less than eight years.
Based in Old Bridge, NJ, R.J. Brunelli & Co. serves as the exclusive broker for 31 existing retail properties throughout the state, totaling more than 2 million square feet of leasable area. The firm additionally serves as the exclusive or preferred tenant representative for 20 retail, restaurant and service chains throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
