Brokers Launch One of the Few Women-Owned CRE Firms in Indiana

Two veteran brokers have launched one of the only certified women-owned commercial real estate firms in the state of Indiana.

Kara Riggle Collesano and Yumi Goodman opened the doors to Indianapolis-based  92c Partners this week. The firm is named for Indiana’s 92 counties.

 ”We’re proud to be part of the changing landscape in commercial real estate as female business owners,” Goodman said in a prepared statement. She and Riggle Collesano have a combined 34 years in the real estate industry.

“Taking this leap is exciting and allows us to do what we love…solve problems big and small, from start to finish,” Goodman said. “We know that women leaders bring needed balance to any industry—to drive new ideas and create opportunities for others to succeed. We’re proud to be one of the few women led brokerage firms.”

The firm will offer brokerage, strategic planning, project management, lease audits, and portfolio administration.

Before forming  92c Partners, Goodman, a graduate of Indiana University, was a principal at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate. She also worked with the office advisory services group of CBRE in both the Chicago and Indianapolis offices.

Collesano was also a principal at RESOURCE, where she served as director of government services as well. She, too, attended Indiana University, where she earned her bachelor of science from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

 ”We developed this team on the shared value of delivering tailored solutions with a strong emphasis on client experience,” Collesano said in prepared remarks. “Our service model is simple, provide clients with a superior level of service as if they were our only client.”

The new firm’s website already advertises a $2.25 million listing for a 11,100 square foot property on 2.72 acres in Noblesville.
