Kyle Schoppmann Promoted to President of CBRE's Mid-Atlantic Division

WASHINGTON, DC—Kyle Schoppmann has been promoted to division president of the Mid-Atlantic Division of CBRE. In this role, Schoppmann will have executive oversight for the division’s six offices in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Schoppmann also joins the CBRE Americas Executive Committee.
Chris Connelly, group president of CBRE’s Americas advisory services notes that Schoppmann “has great passion for driving organizational change and delivering exceptional client outcomes. She has diversified our capabilities and recruited top talent across the Mid-Atlantic, and I am confident she will continue to lead the division forward during these unprecedented times.”
Prior to her promotion, Schoppmann was the executive managing director of the Mid-Atlantic region of CBRE, overseeing the day-to-day strategic direction, performance and growth for all lines of business since 2014. Schoppmann joined CBRE as managing director, brokerage services in 2007 and assumed responsibility for capital markets as the senior managing director in 2009. Before joining CBRE, Schoppmann was a consulting partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Schoppman also serves as a member of CBRE’s Executive Diversity & Inclusion Council and is a member of Leadership Greater Washington (Class of 2019), Federal City Council and the Economic Club of Washington, D.C.
