CHICAGO, IL – Urban Innovations Ltd. affiliate, North Wells Capital has topped off exterior construction at its office development, located at 306 W. Erie St. in Chicago's River North neighborhood.

North Wells Capital acquired the original structure and lot in 2017, before commencing construction on the project in November 2019.

The project consisted of doubling the building's size and adding amenities, such as an interior tenant lounge, game room, rooftop terrace, tenant bike rooms and an open lobby space. The boutique building will feature an open atrium stairwell, independent HVAC systems, new elevators, touchless restrooms and nearby parking options.

NORR serves as the architect for the project, and ARCO/Murray serves as the general contractor.

The building at 306 W. Erie St. represents the first structure in the North Wells, Urban Innovations three building development project. The project, known collectively as Verso, aims to reinvigorate the city's creative office submarket. Urban Innovations serves as the property manager for the Verso portfolio.
