NEW YORK – Effective market opening today, national real estate brokerage, the Real Brokerage Inc., formerly ADL Ventures Inc., has commenced trading as a Tier 1 company on the TSX Venture Exchange, under the symbol REAX.
Founded in 2014, the parent company of Real Technology Broker Ltd. and its US subsidiaries, the Real Brokerage serves as a technology-powered, national real estate brokerage company.
Utilizing mobile technology, the Real Brokerage offers a turnkey platform to assist real estate agents in running their businesses. With a network comprised of more than 1000 agents throughout 20 US states and the District of Columbia, the company provides agents with necessary tools and support while paying a high commission split; earning a share of the revenue produced by agents utilizing the platform.
As a now publicly-traded company, the Real Brokerage plans to attract and retain new agents.

Opting for a listing on TSX Venture Exchange to better meet its investors' needs, the company closed its previously announced "qualifying transaction," to meet the terms of Policy 2.4 – Capital Pool Companies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
