NEW YORKJLL Capital Markets has expanded its Loan Sale Advisory Group adding veteran broker Will Sledge. JLL's Loan Sales Group is led by senior managing director Wally Reid and executive managing director Gerard Sansosti.

 Sledge joins JLL as a senior managing director focused on performing and non-performing loan and REO portfolio sales. Prior to joining JLL, Sledge spent 17 years at Mission Capital Advisors, where he most recently served as the head of Business Development and Execution. Over the course of his career, Sledge has led the league tables both internally and among his peers in the sourcing of commercial, consumer, residential, equipment lease and finance Real Property/REO sale opportunities. Since 2016, he has been involved in more than $10 billion of loan and asset sales for a variety of clients in private, public and governmental financial institutions. 

Sledge graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Finance.

 Also joining JLL is Kyle Kaminski, who spent the last eight years as a managing director of Execution/Trading at Mission Capital Advisors alongside Sledge. Kaminski is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he holds a degree in Sports Management, Business Management and Sports Psychology.
