ASHBURN, VA – JLL's Northern VA agency leasing team will partner with Retail Properties of America Inc. to lease the office component the mixed-use development, One Loudoun in Ashburn, VA.
The shopping, dining and entertainment destination, One Loudoun additionally offers 180,000-square feet of existing office space across eight buildings.
The project is expected to deliver its next phase, One Endicott, in March 2021, which will provide 33,000 square feet of office space. The office space will offer the ability for a tenant to occupy its own building or a dedicated floor with direct access to an adjacent three-story parking structure.
