Transwestern Brokers WV Warehouse Sale
The 186,673-square-foot warehouse, near Interstate 81, sold for an undisclosed amount.
MARTINSBURG, WV – Transwestern Real Estate Services has brokered the sale of a 186,673-square-foot warehouse in Martinsburg, WV, located at 748 Novak Drive.
Built in 1998, the property encompasses 27 acres and is equipped with eight exterior docks. The warehouse is situated two miles from Interstate 81 and is in close proximity to numerous private employers, such as Macy’s Essroc, Procter & Gamble Company, General Motor, FedEx and Rubbermaid.
Representing the seller were Transwestern EVPs, Caulley Deringer, Steve Cloud and Gerry Trainor, SVP, Bev Scheffler and assistant VP, Andrew Hasset. Transwester’s SVP, Tom Burns represented the buy, who purchased the asset for an undisclosed amount.
