ARLINGTON, VA – WashREIT has retained Transwestern Real Estate Services to serve as the exclusive leasing agent for Arlington Tower in Arlington, VA's Rosslyn submarket.
The 398,000-square-foot, 19-story office property, located at 1300 N. 17th St., features a fitness center, an expansive first-floor conference center, a rooftop terrace and a recently-renovated networking lounge and café.
The tower currently houses WashREIT's flagship Space+ location, which features two floors of private office suites and shared amenities. The REIT's program aims to accommodate various tenant needs through flexible, luxury office space.
The transit-oriented property is located near the blue, orange and silver metro lines, which offer direct access to downtown Washington DC. The building is additionally situated near the George Washington Parkway, Interstate 66 and Route 50.
Working on behalf of WashREIT, Transwestern's EVP, Tony Womack, SVP, Alex Hancock and VP, Bernie McKeever Jr. are handling the property's office leasing services.
"WashREIT has done an impressive job of positioning this asset to stand out in the Rosslyn submarket," said Womack.
