MIAMI, FL – Cushman & Wakefield veteran, Ericka Witkowski has launched the commercial real estate firm, Witko Group in Miami, FL.

Specializing in representing owners, landlords and tenants throughout South Florida, Witko Group aims to provide a solutions-based, technology-forward approach to helping clients succeed.

"The pandemic has highlighted the fact that brokerage cannot be conducted the same way it has been the last decade," states Witkowski. "There is extreme value in the ability to be nimble and offer innovative solutions to clients in order to adapt to the current environment. As a boutique firm, Witko Group will be able to provide the personal level of service and latest technological innovations that are often lacking in the market, while serving as not only a partner, but an extension of the team to our clients."

As founder and principal the new, Miami-based firm, Witkowski plans to assist clients in adapting to challenges through technology programs. The firm will additionally offer a cloud-based platform for clients to access real-time reports, updates and contracts.

Witko Group additionally provides a consultative approach to building out space by working with developers, landlords and owners on build-to-suit projects and spec suites that offer innovative features; allowing tenants to maintain safe distances and utilize a touch-free environment.

"The goal is to be bold and to equip clients with the technology and solutions they need to succeed now, and come out of this even stronger than before," says Witkowski.

Witkowski recently departed from Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as director of office leasing in the firm's Miami office. In this previous role, Witkowski represented owners and investors, including Market Street Real Estate Partners, East End Capital, Related Group and Banyan Street Capital.

Throughout her tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Witkowski was involved in sales and lease transactions valuing $186.5 million and comprising more than 435,000 square feet of space. Last year, Witkowski assisted in executing South Florida's largest office lease of 2019; Lennar Corporation's 156,000-square-foot, 16-year headquarters lease at 5505 Waterford at Blue Lagoon.

Witkowski additionally holds experience with other top brokerage firms. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, she served both Avison Young and Colliers International in brokerage roles.

Witkowski graduated from Florida State University and currently serves on the board of directors for Camillus House.
