BROOKLYN, NYA logistics center acquired and repositioned by Seagis Property Group in early 2020 is ready for tenants and JLL has been tapped to exclusively lease up the 45,000-square foot facility.

The property is located at 132 54th St, in the Sunset Park submarket. It includes a 35,576-square-foot building and 10,000 square feet of paved parking. Its renovation has positioned it for e-commerce, food and beverage, and manufacturing companies.

Leslie Lanne and Adam Citron, senior managing directors, and Jeremy Liebler and James Ferrigno, associates, will lead the JLL team leasing the property.

"The location of this facility is ideal for companies seeking a last-mile logistics center with direct access to New York City and the surrounding area," said Lanne in prepared remarks. Citron added, "This transit-oriented site stands in close proximity to the city's five boroughs, as well as to the broader metropolitan region, offering extraordinary flexibility at a time of increasing demand for logistics space."

Besides the interior and exterior rehab, the renovation included an updated sprinkler system to ESFR, LED upgraded lighting, and a new roof. The property has 19.5-foot ceilings and has one dock with two drive-in doors.

The property is located off I-278 in Sunset Park's industrial area within walking distance to such public transportation arteries as the N, Q, R and W trains and several bus lines.
