DURHAM, NC – WeWork has selected Armada Hoffler Properties' One City Center as its flagship and singular location within the Durham, NC market.
Earlier this week, WeWork announced the closure of its Durham I.D. location.
The 27-story, mixed-use project, One City Center, features 130,000 square feet of office space and 22,000 square feet of street-level retail space. The property's office space is currently anchored by Duke University's 55,000-square foot lease.
