WEST CALDWELL, NJ – Blackstone Real Estate's US-based industrial real estate operating portfolio company, Link Logistics, and the Hampshire Real Estate Cos. have selected JLL to lease a two-building industrial development, located at 5 Dedrick Place in West Caldwell, NJ.

The 215,221-square-foot space comprises a former suburban office building, which is being transformed into two state-of-the-art industrial facilities. The property, built in 1986, previously served as the former corporate offices of Ricoh USA Inc. printers and copiers.

The redevelopment project's building A encompasses 134,453 square feet, including 10,319 square feet of office space, two loading drive-in doors, 11 loading docks and 154 parking spaces. Building B encompasses 80,768 square feet, which will feature 5,730 square feet of office space, two drive-in loading doors, eight loading docks and 109 parking spaces. The properties will each offer class-A industrial amenities.
