American Landmark Apartments Acquires 300-Unit Multifamily
The multifamily real estate company plans to rebrand the Fort Worth asset, which was built in 2018.
FORT WORTH, TX – Multifamily owner and operator, American Landmark Apartments has acquired the 300-unit luxury apartment complex, The View at Fort Worth, in Fort Worth, TX.
American Landmark Apartments plans to rebrand and rename the property, The Shelby at Northside.
The property, which was acquired for an undisclosed price, was built in 2018.
Located at 1852 N. Eastside Dr., near Interstate 35, the multifamily community comprises studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans, ranging from 594 square feet to 1,169 square feet. The units feature hardwood style flooring, walk-in closets, energy-efficient thermostats, in-unit washers and dryers, private patios or balconies and kitchens with stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes and quartz countertops.
The complex offers communal amenities, including a resort-style pool and sundeck, outdoor fire pit lounge area, clubhouse, fitness center, cyber café, business lounge, bark park and pet wash spa, complimentary coffee bar, package lounge, yoga loft, shuffleboard and two courtyards.
In addition to the rebrand, American Landmark Apartments will add new light fixtures and electronic/smart locks for apartments. The firm will additionally complete upgrades to the pool deck area, fitness center and landscaping.
With this recent acquisition, American Landmark Apartments now owns 18 apartment communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
