ATLANTA, GA – Stan Johnson Co. has acquired the Atlanta-based, commercial real estate brokerage firm, Shane Investment Property Group.
The acquisition aligns with Stan Johnson Co.'s multi-tenant retail investment sales growth and diversification strategy, which the company announced in October 2019 upon reaching $35 billion in cumulative transaction volume. The company has since sought out opportunities to add real estate professionals in key markets.
Creating a partnership, the acquisition will provide Shane Investment Property Group with access to Stan Johnson Co.'s nationwide brokerage community and professional support platform.
