LAREDO, TX—Tailwind II Logistic Center, a 300,000-square-foot speculative industrial facility, is the city's largest building under construction. The project broke ground in September 2020 and is set to complete in fall 2021.

CBRE has been awarded the exclusive marketing and leasing assignment. Joshua Aguilar, first vice president with CBRE in San Antonio, is leasing the space on behalf of the landlord/owner, Fort Worth-based Tailwind Real Estate Equities and developer, Dallas-based Gulf Corporation.

"As the largest industrial building under construction in the Laredo area, Tailwind II Logistics Center will service Laredo's growing demand for warehouse space with the modern efficiencies users desire," said Aguilar. "The property's excellent location will provide future users with the competitive advantage with its proximity to the World Trade Bridge."
