FORT WORTH, TX—As the population continues to increase in DFW, housing is following suit in many metroplex areas. One recent example where leasing is underway is Presidium Revelstoke, a three-story, 466,515-square-foot residential community in Alliance Town Center in North Fort Worth. The project is expected to be fully complete next year.

This is the first multifamily community near Alliance Town Center that integrates SMART technology into each of its 408 units. This SMART technology allows residents to control the temperature, access and lighting from wireless devices.

"Presidium Revelstoke was designed to make life hassle-free for its residents in one of North Fort Worth's most up-and-coming areas," said John Griggs, co-founder and co-CEO of Presidium. "Our team focuses on sculpting a sense of place immersed in sustainable technology-rich environments and this project perfectly models those characteristics. We look forward to fueling that passion in our other upcoming developments."
