NEW YORK CITY – Media company, Hot in Here Inc. has signed a seven-year lease renewal at ATCO Properties & Management's 240 W. 35th St. office building in Manhattan.
The media company will continue to occupy 4,085 square feet on a portion of the building's 12th floor.
ATCO Properties & Management recently competed a multi-million dollar capital improvement program at the 18-story, 165,000-square-foot office building. The project, which was finalized last year, comprised an elevator modernization, refinished main lobby, updated common corridors, lobbies and restrooms, and a complete façade and roof restoration.
