ARLINGTON, VA – The CBRE Group subsidiary, Hana, has opened a new flexible space location in Arlington, VA, as the company's first East Coast location.

Hana has initially opened one floor, comprising more than 39,000 square feet, at the property, which is located at 2451 Crystal Drive in the National Landing submarket. The building is owned and operated by JBG Smith.

The newly opened space features enterprise-grade private office suites, named Hana Team, as well as conference and events space, referred to as Hana Meet. A portion of the unit will additionally be dedicated to traditional co-working, titled Hana Share.
