NEW YORK – Seritage Growth Properties has appointed Andrea Olshan to CEO and president of the company. Olshan will additionally join the firm's board of trustees.
Olshan will assume the roles effective on or before March 16, 2021.
Olshan currently serves as CEO of the private real estate company, Olshan Properties, which develops and manages a 23-million-square-foot portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties throughout the US.
