Cushman & Wakefield Expands Multifamily Team in Boston

The company has hired a multifamily investment sales team, led by executive managing director, Chris Sower, in effort to expand the firm’s multifamily coverage throughout the Northeast.

BOSTON, MA – Cushman & Wakefield has hired a multifamily investment sales team based in Boston.

The recently-hired team, led by executive managing director, Chris Sower, additionally comprises Bruce Lusa, Jon Bryant, John Flaherty and Kevin Jones.

The team will work to expand and strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily coverage and capabilities throughout Greater New England. Their primary focus will be creating and executing acquisition, disposition and joint-venture opportunities, on behalf of the Cushman & Wakefield’s clients throughout the Northeast.

The team will work alongside the firm’s existing capital markets team, as well as its growing national multifamily platform of brokerage professionals throughout the US, which has expanded within the past year upon Cushman & Wakefield’s acquisition of Pinnacle Property Management Services.

Sower, who is returning to Cushman & Wakefield, brings 18 years of industry experience; comprising more than $5 billion in multifamily sales volume, spanning more than 36,000 units.
