ORLANDO, FL – Colliers has hired two veteran investment brokers, Jeff Morris and Bret Felberg, in effort to expand its capital markets capabilities.
Morris joins the firm as executive managing director of capital markets, based out of Atlanta, GA, and Felberg joins as managing director of capital markets.
Within their new roles, the two professionals will facilitate industrial and office investments sale and capital transactions. They will focus on Colliers' capital markets practice in the Southeast, and all matters related sales and debt and equity placement for existing properties and new construction.
