WASHINGTON DC – JLL has appointed senior managing directors, Andrew Weir and Jamie Leachman as co-heads of JLL capital markets in its Washington DC office.

Within their new roles, Weir will lead the Washington DC investment sales advisory platform, while Leachman will oversee the debt & equity placement business.

Weir joined HFF in 2004, prior to it being acquired by JLL in 2019. Throughout his more than 25-year industry career, Weir has closed more than $22 billion in office investment sales, recapitalizations and portfolio transactions within the Washington DC metropolitan area. Weir holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester and an MBA in real estate and finance from the University of Wisconsin.
