Camber Real Estate Partners Secures $70M for Industrial Portfolio
Cushman & Wakefield served as the exclusive advisor to the firm and procured the floating-rate financing for the 25-building portfolio.
PHILADELPHIA, PA – Camber Real Estate Partners has secured $69.5 million in financing for a 25-property, 1.2-million-square-foot, light industrial portfolio, located throughout Bucks County, PA Philadelphia, PA and Southern New Jersey.
Cushman & Wakefield served as the exclusive advisor to Camber Real Estate Partners in procuring the financing. The floating-rate financing was provided by Natixis.
Each property within the Crossings Industrial Portfolio offers access to Interstate 95 and Interstate 295.
