Jennison Leases 120,809 SF in Midtown Manhattan
The asset management firm will occupy four floors at Fisher Brother’s Park Avenue Plaza property.
The asset management firm, Jennison Assoc. has signed a 15-year lease for 120,809 square feet at Park Avenue Plaza in Midtown Manhattan.
The leased space spans four floors of the 45-story tower, which is owned and operated by Fisher Brothers. Jennison Assoc. will occupy the leased space in 2023.
Park Avenue Plaza, located at 237 Park Ave., features advanced amenity and security offerings, as well as sustainable and green technology. The property offers 24/7 manned building security, CCTV coverage of key areas throughout the building, and keycard security gate access to tenant elevators. The building has earned LEED platinum certification and an ongoing Energy Star certification.
Fisher Brothers’ head of leasing, Marc Packman and directors of leasing, Clark Briffel and Charles P. Laginestra worked alongside CBRE’s Howard Fiddle, Peter Turchin, Christie Harle, Roger Griswold and Benjamin Joseph to lead negotiations on behalf of the owner.
CBRE’s Edward M. Lederman represented Jennison Assoc. in the lease agreement.
