Colliers Engineering & Design Acquires Florida Firm

The Colliers business unit has acquired the Miami-based, transportation engineering and design firm, Bolton Perez & Associates.

The Colliers operating unit of Colliers Engineering & Design has acquired the Miami-based, transportation engineering and design firm, Bolton Perez & Associates.

The acquired firm will immediately rebrand as Colliers E&D, and will be fully-integrated into the Colliers business unit.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With more than 30 engineers and other professionals, Bolton Perez & Associates provides specialty transportation and bridge design, as well as inspection services to state and municipal transportation authorities, primarily within the state of Florida. The firm was originally founded in 1997 by Joaquin Perez and John Bolton.
