PHILADELPHIA, PA – CBRE has hired Mike Maloney and Tim Morris as SVP and first VP, respectively. The two professionals join the firm from Newmark.
Within their new roles at CBRE, Maloney and Morris will work to represent tenants and landlords in the greater Philadelphia region. Based in Radnor, PA, the professionals will additionally focus on multi-market occupier accounts.
Previously, Maloney worked at Newmark Knight Frank for ten years, where he most recently served as a managing director, specializing in representing office and industrial tenants within the Philadelphia area and internationally. In 2020, Maloney was recognized as Newmark's #2 producer within the greater Philadelphia region.

Prior to joining CBRE, Morris served as an associate director at Newmark for seven years. Within this previous role, Morris specialized in representing office landlords and tenants within the suburban Philadelphia office market and nationally.
