ROCKVILLE, MD – EYA LLC, Bozzuto and the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County have closed on construction financing for the mixed-use and mixed-income multifamily property, the Hurston, located in Rockville, MD.

Situated in EYA's transit-oriented, mixed-use neighborhood, Westside at Shady Grove, the Hurston serves as the latest phase of the 45-acre development.

Upon completion, the seven-story property will offer 21,000 square feet of street-level retail, 7,400 square feet of office space and 268 apartment units. Of the multifamily space, 81 units will be designated as affordable housing apartments.
