Easterly Government Properties has acquired a 176,550-square-foot portfolio, comprised of three US government-leased properties.

The company, which specializes in acquiring, developing and managing class A commercial properties leased to the US government, has acquired the Federal Bureau of Investigation field office in Knoxville, TN, the US Attorney's office facility in Louisville, KY, and the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Louisville, KY.

Completed in 2010, the FBI office in Knoxville, TN is a 99,130-square-foot, build-to-suit property, which is leased until August 2025 for an initial 15-year term.

The US Attorney's office in Louisville, KY is a 60,000-square-foot, build-to-suit property, which is leased through December 2031 by the General Services Administration, on behalf of the US Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky. The property was completed in 2011.

The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Louisville, KY, is a 60,000-square-foot, build-to-suit property. The building was completed in 2011 and is leased through May 2021.

Each of the acquired mission critical properties are LEED-certified.
