FULLERTON, CA – Shopoff Realty Investments has purchased the 14-acre shopping center, Sunrise Village, in Fullerton, CA.
Located at 1020 Rosecrans Ave., at the intersection of Euclid St. and Rosecrans Ave., the property offers access to Imperial Highway, 57 freeway, 91 freeway and Beach Blvd.
The shopping center is currently anchored by a CVS and is additionally occupied by tenants, such as Del Taco, Papa Johns, Coffee Code and an optometrist office.
“Sunrise Village is nestled into a well-established community in the North Orange County city of Fullerton,” states William Shopoff, Shopoff Realty Investments’ president and CEO. “Like many neighborhood shopping centers, this property has suffered the impacts of the pandemic-induced recession.”
Shopoff adds, “We envision a unique opportunity with this asset to work with the city and add value that will serve the interests of the community for the future.”
