NEW YORK CITY – SUNY Empire State College has leased 29,747 square feet of space at the Feil Organization's Four Park Ave mixed-use property in New York City. The college has relocated its classrooms from its Hudson Square campus.

SUNY Empire State College secured a 10-year lease for the space, located on the building's second floor and mezzanine level. In conjunction with the lease agreement, the college has additionally secured signage on the building, as well as a separate entrance on Park Ave. dedicated to students and faculty.

Situated on the 33rd St. to 34th St. blockfront in Manhattan's Murray Hill, the mixed-used building offers residential, office and retail space. The property's ground floor retail is currently occupied by Duane Reade and Wolfgang's Steakhouse.
