In preparation for our Women of Influence special feature and retreat, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com together is putting a spotlight on the achievements of women in commercial real estate.
This year, we collected nominations across a number of fields, and will celebrate the winners at our GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference in Park City, UT. This year's amount of entries was our biggest yet.
The category of CRE legal counsel was open to attorneys specializing in the practice area of the industry. The vast and complex world of commercial real estate requires legal experts skilled in a range of capabilities and the following professionals have proven to do everything from negotiate leasing, sales and financing transactions and major M&As, to navigating zoning and entitlements processes, handling community relations and advising public-private partnerships.
