TAMPA, FL – Savills has hired the team of Michael Fisher and Robert Teachey to serve as senior managing director and corporate managing director, respectively, within its Tampa office.
In their new roles, Fisher and Teachey will be responsible for business development, transaction management and representing tenants across various industries. They will report to Savills' Tampa market leader, Mike Griffin.
The two professionals hold more than 25 years of combined industry experience. Together, they have completed 500 transactions, totaling more than 10 million square feet and $200 million in volume.
