South Florida's retail market is expanding as a popular sushi restaurant signed a new lease on Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale.
Sushi Maki, a sushi bar chain, signed a 2,136-square-foot lease on the ground floor of a Class A office building at 200 East Las Olas Blvd. The 21-story building is 287,000 square feet.
