Avison Young Arranges $61M Portfolio Sale in Manhattan
The firm represented the seller and procured the buyer for the 12-building mixed-use portfolio in the Upper East Side.
NEW YORK, NY – Avison Young’s Tri-State investment sales group has arranged the sale of a 12-building mixed-use and multifamily portfolio in Manhattan for $61 million.
Located in New York City’s Upper East Side neighborhood and situated between 2nd Ave. and York Ave. and E 73rd St and E 91st St., the portfolio comprises 261 residential units and two retail units, which span 150,231 square feet.
The 12 properties include 418 E 77th St., 422 E 77th St., 441 E 75th St., 1409 York Ave., 1411 York Ave., 423 E 77th St., 305 E 75th St., 439 E 74th St., 327 E 75th St., 442 E 75th St., 309 E 91st St. and 425 E 75th St.
The sale was executed through a managed bid process on the Ten-X web platform.
Representing the seller and procuring the buyer in the transaction was the Avison Young team of principal and head of Tri-State investment sales James Nelson, principal and executive director of Tri-State investment sales Brandon Polakoff, director David Shalom, associate director Eric Karmitz and senior associate Bradley Rothschild.
