SAN DIEGO—Portland-based Urban Asset Advisors has tapped Sunrise Management – which has specialized in the management of residential real estate since 1978 – to direct all leasing and day-to-day operations for three Portland area multifamily properties: Artisan Apartments, Abernethy Flats and Broadway Flats.
According to Dennis Mitchell, regional vice president for Sunrise Management, his company has a rapidly growing Portland presence now encompassing 19 properties and 1,271 units. "We are thrilled to partner with UAA – one of the region's top developers – on these class A projects."
He also notes that "Portland has a robust multifamily market and we look forward to further expanding our portfolio here."
