GlobeSt. Apartments Fall 2021 is just around the corner, starting next week on Oct. 26. It is not too late to register for the event. Please go here for further information on registration.

This marks our 30th anniversary for the event and participants can expect to hear from leaders in the space, absorb deeper content coming out of diverse panels as well as an improved tradeshow experience. As one example: we are featuring a fast-paced "speed networking-styled" session to give brokers a platform to showcase properties for sale to a qualified group of multifamily owners and investors. At the end of that time limit, attendees rotate to the next presenter. At the end of the pitch session, interested parties will take collateral/term sheets and can stay to discuss further.

Speakers at the event come from all quarters of the multifamily industry. For a list of our panelists, visit here
