HOUSTON, TX – New Orleans-based, energy law firm Liskow & Lewis has signed a lease extension for its 30,000-square-foot office space in the class A office tower, 1001 Fannin, in downtown Houston, TX.

Within the space, Liskow & Lewis plan to implement technology-focused renovations and conference facility upgrades.

Built in 1981 by Chicago-based JMB Properties Co., 1001 Fannin encompasses 49 stories and 1.3 million square feet of office space. The property, which spans an entire block, is LEED Gold certified and has also received the BOMA 360 certification.
